How formal can the branded overlay look?+
As formal, minimal, or bespoke as your brand requires. We work from your logo files and brand guidelines. Whether that's a clean wordmark on white space or a fully designed event-theme overlay with custom typography, we design it to match your standards, not a template.
Can we approve the branded design before the event?+
Yes, always. We send a proof before the event for your review. Any revisions are handled before the day. You will never see the overlay for the first time at your own event.
Will it disrupt a formal dinner or presentations?+
No. We coordinate timing with your event team or venue coordinator. The robot is paused or stationary during keynotes, award presentations, or formal moments. It works best during networking time, dinner service, and the natural breaks in your evening, when guests are already relaxed and open.
How quickly do guests receive their digital photo?+
Seconds. The digital delivery happens simultaneously with the print. Guests provide a phone number or email at the moment of capture, and the photo arrives before the robot has moved to the next table. This is when most posts happen, while people are still in the room and the energy is live.
Is there a limit on the number of prints?+
No. All Klik packages include unlimited prints for the duration of the event. There is no per-print cost, no hidden overage, and no awkward conversation when the print counter runs out. We come stocked to cover your room fully.
Does it work at trade show venues and convention centres?+
Yes. The robot is fully self-powered with no venue infrastructure requirements. Convention centres, hotel ballrooms, outdoor tent events, rooftop venues. If your guests can be there, the robot can too. No power runs, no WiFi handoffs, no special requests to operations.
What if we need coverage for a larger event of 300 or more guests?+
