Before you book.

How does the lead capture actually work?+
After the photo is taken, guests enter their email or phone number on the robot's touchscreen to receive their digital copy. That contact is automatically logged with a timestamp and the photo they took. After the show, we deliver a clean CSV export, ready to import into your CRM or email platform.
Can the robot roam the floor or does it stay at our stand?+
Both. The Signature and Premier packages include floor roaming. The robot moves through the surrounding area to attract attendees and guide them back to your stand. For booths with space constraints, it can operate from a fixed position as a stationary draw. Most clients use a mix across the day.
Do we need to do anything during the show?+
No. Klik operates completely independently. Your team focuses entirely on conversations. We handle operation, paper restocking, and any technical issues throughout the day. You won't need to think about the robot at all once the show opens.
Can the overlay include our product, tagline, and logo?+
Yes, fully. We design a custom overlay to your brand spec: logo, product name, tagline, colours, and any campaign messaging. We send a proof for approval before the show. If you have brand guidelines, share them and we'll match them precisely.
Does it need power or WiFi from the venue?+
Neither. Klik is entirely self-powered and operates offline. No venue power connection, no WiFi package required. This also means there's no risk of connectivity issues mid-show. The experience runs identically all day, every day.
What happens after the show?+
Within 24 hours you receive: a complete lead list (email/phone, timestamp, photo reference), a high-resolution gallery of every photo taken, and a summary report. The lead list is delivered as a CRM-ready CSV. Premier packages include a full per-day breakdown if the show runs multiple days.
