Will the robot feel out of place at a formal wedding?+
Not at all. The robot is sleek, quiet, and moves gracefully through a room. It matches the energy of the event rather than disrupting it. We have operated at black-tie galas, outdoor garden weddings, South Asian banquet receptions, and intimate dinners. It adapts. The reaction is almost always delight, not surprise.
Does the robot interrupt dinner service or the speeches?+
We coordinate timing with your wedding coordinator or venue. The robot typically operates during dinner service when guests are seated and relaxed. That is when the most natural photos happen. During speeches, first dance, and key moments, the robot is stationary or paused. We are there to enhance your evening, not compete with it.
Can we customise the prints with our names and wedding date?+
Yes, and it's included in every package. We design a custom overlay with your names, wedding date, and aesthetic. Whether that is romantic florals, gold foil minimalism, or something bespoke, every print feels like it was made specifically for your wedding, not a generic template.
Does the robot need power or WiFi from the venue?+
No. The robot is fully self-powered and self-connected. We bring everything required. This means it works at outdoor gardens, barns, rooftop venues, and any space where running cables would be impossible or ruin the aesthetic. Zero requirements from the venue.
How many guests can the robot photograph in one evening?+
It depends on venue size and event duration, but the robot can comfortably cover a room of 100–200 guests through the course of a 4-hour reception, visiting each table multiple times. For larger weddings or longer receptions, we recommend our Full Night package.
How far in advance should we book?+
Wedding season (May through October) books out quickly. We recommend locking in your date 4 to 8 weeks in advance. That said, reach out regardless of timing and we will do everything we can to make it work. A deposit secures your date immediately.
Do you serve venues outside Toronto?+
Yes. We serve the full GTA including Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Scarborough, Markham, and beyond. A travel fee may apply for locations outside the core GTA. Ask when you inquire and we will quote you the full amount upfront.
